TOP Soccer with East Pasco Youth Soccer League

There’s no better way for students and adults in Pasco County to build community than through our TOP Soccer program. TOP Soccer is The Outreach Program for Soccer and is a recreational soccer program for children and adults with special needs.

There is no age limit for TOP Soccer and no athletic experience is required–we’re all about building community and having fun. Children and adults in East Pasco with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities are welcome to participate in our TOP Soccer Program. This recreational program is only offered through local US Youth Soccer-affiliated clubs.

This recreational program provides individuals with diverse abilities an opportunity to play soccer in a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive. The TOP Soccer Program is meant to help individuals with:

In the TOP Soccer League, each player is assigned a volunteer Buddy to ensure they’re safe, engaged, and having fun. This relationship is an important part of the success of our TOP Soccer League and helps students to feel comfortable and build community with other players on the team.

Our TOP Soccer League is an opportunity for students with special needs to build community and make friends–but this is only possible because of the help of our dedicated volunteers. As an all-volunteer organization, we rely on the help of generous volunteers in East Pasco, and our players do too!
